Belt feeding type mixture bagger is controlled by high-performance double speed motor, material layer thickness regulator and cut-off door. It is mainly used for the packaging of block materials, lump materials, granular materials, and granules and powders mixture.
1.Belt feeder packing machine suit for packing mix, flake, block, irregular materials such as compost, organic manure, gravel, stone, wet sand etc.
2.Weighing packing filling package machine working process: Manual giving the empty bags-Automatic bag clamp-Automatic feeding -Automatic weighing -Automatic discharge -Automatic bag release -Conveying to bag closed machine-Bag closed by sewing (thread stitching) or heat sealing.

Features
1. DCS-BF mixture bag filler needs manual assistance in bag loading, automatic weighing, bag clamping, automatic filling, automatic conveying and bag sewing.
2. The belt feeding mode is adopted, and the large and small gates are controlled pneumatically so as to achieve the required flow rate.
3. It can solve the problem of some special chemical raw material packaging, which has wide application range and simple operation.
4. It adopts high progress sensor and intelligent weighing controller, with high precision and stable performance.
