Product description:
Belt feeding type mixture bagger is controlled by high-performance double speed motor, material layer thickness regulator and cut-off door. It is mainly used for the packaging of block materials, lump materials,granular materials, and granules and powders mixture.
Technical features
It adopts touch screen control instrument, weighing sensor and pneumatic actuator with high precision and stable performance;
Automatic error correction, positive and negative difference alarm, fault source diagnosis, etc;
The belt conveying and feeding mode combining double speed motor and material layer control is adopted to ensure the conveying speed and accuracy;
The conveying and feeding mechanism is equipped with a scraping device to prevent the material from entering the inner side of the belt and causing the belt to deviate;
There is no residual structure in the sealed bag clamping mechanism and door panel, and no residual powder returning design of the bag clamping device to prevent material residue and dust;
The belt anti deviation adjusting device and V-belt pre tightening adjusting device are easy to operate and maintain;
Unique double layer side leakage prevention design to prevent material leakage;
Stainless steel material is used in contact with materials, with long service life.
